Production Time

Every Fingking piece is handmade to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the item and order volume. You will receive a photo preview for approval before production begins, which may add to the timeline if approval is delayed.

Shipping Methods & Timelines (after production)

• Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $99): 7–15 business days to the U.S.
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days, rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at nickjxfw@gmail.com with your order number. Lost or damaged orders will be remade or refunded in full.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we will do our best to assist with carrier interception.
