Common questions we can answer fast
- “Which photo should I send?” Two or three clear, well-lit shots from different angles. A front-facing shot at eye level is the most useful one.
- “How long will it take?” Production usually takes 2–4 weeks, then standard shipping to the U.S. takes 7–15 business days — free on orders over $99, otherwise a flat $7.95. For express delivery, email us before ordering and we will quote a courier.
- “What if I don’t like the preview?” Tell us what to change. Revisions before the final finish are free, as many as you need.
- “Can I cancel?” Yes, free of charge any time before production begins. Once sculpting or painting has started we can no longer cancel.
- “What if it arrives damaged?” Send us photos within 14 days and we will remake it or refund you in full.
- “Do you ship outside the U.S.?” Yes. International shipping is a flat $14.95, free on orders over $99; any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
