Our Story

Fingking began with a simple, stubborn belief: a pet’s place in your life does not end when their body does. What is left — the photos on your phone, the worn spot on the sofa, the sound of nails on the floor — deserves more than a file on a hard drive. It deserves something you can hold.

So we make one thing, carefully: handcrafted tributes built from your pet’s own photos. Clay figurines sculpted strand by strand. Glass portraits brush-painted by hand. Memorial urns engraved with the name you chose years ago and never stopped saying.

Handcrafted with care

Every figurine, urn, bust, and painting is made by our own artists in small batches. We use natural air-dry clay, hand-painted glass, fired ceramic, and solid wood because those are materials that age with dignity. We do not pour molds from a catalog. We do not run your photo through a generator. We look at your pet — the uneven ears, the white muzzle, the way one eye sat lower than the other — and we build that specific animal.

How a piece is made

1. You send photos. Two or three clear shots from different angles are ideal. Front-facing, well-lit, and close to the face works best.
2. We sculpt or paint. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the piece and the season.
3. You approve the preview. Before the final finish, we send you photos of your piece. Revisions at this stage are free, as many as it takes.
4. We finish and ship it. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $99 ($7.95 flat below that) and takes 7–15 business days after production.

Our promise

• Real artists, real craftsmanship — no molds, no AI generation, no print-on-demand shortcuts.
• Preview and unlimited revisions — you sign off before we finish, and changes at that stage cost nothing.
• Damaged or wrong items put right — if your piece arrives damaged, or you receive something that is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will remake it free of charge or refund you in full.
• Lost packages replaced — if your order is lost in transit, we remake or refund it in full.
• Free cancellation before production — change your mind before sculpting begins and we cancel at no cost.

Why we do this

Most of our orders are not for the person who lost the pet. They are for a friend, a partner, a parent, a coworker — someone who watched a friend go quiet and did not know what to say. We build our pieces to be that thing you can hand over when words fail.
