If you have lost a pet, you already know that the hardest part is not the empty bowl or the paperwork. It is that the world keeps moving, and the one who was beside you every single day is suddenly not there anymore.

We make memorial keepsakes for a living. That means every week we read messages from people who are grieving, and we have learned that most of them are not looking for advice. They are looking for somewhere to put the story.

So we built one.

Tell us about them

Who were they? What did they love? What do you miss most? There is no length requirement and no wrong way to write it. Two lines and one memory is enough. If it is easier to send a photo instead of words, that is welcome too — just reply to our confirmation email with it attached.

Your story goes straight to a human being at our studio. It is not posted publicly by default, and it is never sold, shared, or used to train anything.

What happens after you send it

1. We read it ourselves. Every message is read by a person here — not a bot, not an auto-responder.
2. We reply to you. Usually within a few days. If you would like us to sculpt or paint something based on your story, we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well, and what it would cost before you commit to anything.
3. Nothing is published without your written permission. If you would like your story to appear on our Story Wall, we will email you first and show you exactly what would be published — your pet’s name, your first name or initials, your city if you want it there. You approve it line by line, or you say no, and that is the end of it.
4. If you want it kept private, it stays private. Many people write to us simply to have said it out loud to someone. That is a completely good reason to write.

An honest note about this page

This is not a review section. There are no star ratings here, and you will not find testimonials on this site that we wrote ourselves.

We are a young studio. We would rather show you a wall with two real stories on it than a wall with fifty we invented — because if you are trusting us with the name of an animal you loved, you deserve to know that everything on this page came from a real person who chose to send it.

So until real stories arrive, this page will look empty. That is the honest version of where we are.
