2. Products & Custom Work

We sell handmade custom pet memorial products. Because items are individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not defects. Photos on our site are representative; each piece is unique.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, with full refund of any amount paid.

4. Production & Delivery Times

Custom items require a production period (typically 2–4 weeks) plus shipping time. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation, and may vary with order volume. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, and product imagery are the property of Fingking and may not be reproduced without permission. When you upload a photo for a custom order, you confirm you own the rights to that image and grant us a limited license to use it solely to create and deliver your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fingking’s total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
