How it’s made

1. You place your order and send us your favourite photographs.
2. Our artists sculpt the head and shoulders by hand, working from the face outward.
3. We send you progress photographs before the piece is sealed and finished, and we wait for your approval.
4. Your bust is sealed, wrapped and shipped.

Which photographs work best

The single most useful photo is a clear, front-on shot at eye level. One or two side profiles help us get the depth of the muzzle and the shape of the skull right. Because a bust concentrates on the face, small details matter more here than they do on a full figurine — send us the sharpest images you have.

Bust or full figurine?

Choose a bust when the face is what you remember most, or when the photographs you have are mainly portraits. Choose a full figurine when you want the whole body, a particular sitting or lying pose, or a piece that reads clearly from across a room.

Production and shipping

Each bust is made to order. Allow 2–4 weeks for production, plus 7–15 days for delivery within the United States. Orders over $99 ship free.

Care

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp rooms, and dust with a soft, dry cloth. Long or heavily textured coats cannot be reproduced hair for hair — we focus on the silhouette, the face and the character.

Common questions

Can you sculpt a pet who has already passed away?

Yes. Many of the busts we make are made from photographs of pets who are no longer here, and we handle those orders with particular care.

Can I include a collar or a favourite toy?

Often yes — tell us what you would like included and send a photo of it, and we will confirm what is possible before you order.
