Custom Pet Portrait Coffee Mug

Description

An 11 oz ceramic mug with your pet’s photograph printed on it — the everyday kind of keepsake, the one that gets used rather than displayed. It is the piece people reach for on the mornings they miss their companion most.

What’s included

• One 11 oz ceramic mug
• Your photograph printed in full colour
• A standard handle and shape, sized for everyday use

Why 11 oz

This is the standard American mug size — the one that fits a regular coffee, a tea bag, or a generous hot chocolate. If you drink from a large mug or use your mug for soup, the 15 oz wrap-around mug is the better fit.

Send the right photograph

Because the print sits on a curved surface at a modest size, simple images work best: a clear head-and-shoulders shot with an uncluttered background. Very wide, very tall or heavily filtered images lose detail. Send us the sharpest photo you have and we will tell you honestly how it will print.

Production and shipping

Made to order: allow 2–4 weeks for production, plus 7–15 days for delivery within the United States. Orders over $99 ship free, so if you are ordering a mug on its own, it is worth pairing it with a bookmark or a keychain to reach the free shipping threshold.

Care

Dishwasher safe. Hand washing will keep the print at its brightest for longer — if you want the mug to stay sharp for years, wash it by hand and skip the scouring pad.

Common questions

Is it microwave safe?

We recommend hand washing and avoiding the microwave for this mug so the print stays as bright as the day it was made. If microwave use matters to you, choose the 15 oz mug, which is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Can the photo cover the whole mug?

This mug takes a single printed photograph on one side. If you want an image that wraps all the way around, the wrap-around mug is designed for exactly that.

Can I add text, like a name or a date?

Yes — tell us the wording when you order and we will place it alongside the photograph.
